Policies of Return:
At Moreblinds.com, your satisfaction is important to us. Since all
of our custom products are made to your exact measurements and specifications,
our instructions must be followed regarding proper measuring and
installation. When you follow our instructions---we guarantee your
blinds will fit! It is also a good idea to review your email confirmation
order for accuracy. Of course, we do understand mistakes happen.
If we make a mistake, we will make every effort to correct it, at
no charge to you. If you make a mistake, whether it is in measuring
or in placing the order, contact customer services immediately.
Depending on the error, you may be able to return the item for alteration
or we may have it remade for you at a discount. Shipping charges
in this case are the responsibility of the customer.
Our ODL products are not returnable/refundable however they can be exchanged if damaged during shipping.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
When your order arrives, open it and thoroughly inspect it for any
manufacturing defects or shipping damages. In the rare event, you
are not satisfied with the product, please contact us immediately
and we will do our best to make it right.
Product Warranty:
The window treatments Moreblinds.com sell are covered by a manufacturer's
limited lifetime warranty. In the unlikely event that warranty service
is ever needed just contact us and we'll arrange for repair or replacement
as quickly as possible. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer(s)
and extended to the original purchaser.
Once you are satisfied with your new window treatments and the way it is installed in your home, the manufacturer guarantees your blind will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the orginal windows for which it was intended.
For claims covered by the guarantee, the manufacturer will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials, and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation.
This guarantee does not apply to any blinds or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alterations, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading due to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failure to follow instructions for installation, care and cleaning, or repairs. Slight warpage and variation in color and grain are normal with a wood product and not considered defects. In addition some fading and/or discoloration of the finish may occur over time. This is common with man-made coatings and is not considered a defect.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damage or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state

other private information. As an added precaution, your credit
card number is deleted from our database once your order is processed.

Changing your Order:
Since all products are made to order, any cancellations or modifications
can only be made before your order has gone into production. Please
contact us immediately for any changes or cancellations. If the
order has gone into production, we are unable to cancel or modify
it.

us is kept confidential. We will not sell or rent your private information.
Any information that we collect is towards processing and fulfilling
your order(s).
Color Disclaimer:

Shipping is free to the continental United
States. If you are outside the continential US, shipping and handling
